It's Been Sooooooooo Long!
Hey guys, I know, it's been a looooooong time, but I have been up and about this summer. Other than my summer job at hockey camp, I have also done a lot of great things too such as going to Wildwood and Hersheypark for my vacations, and hanging out. Yeah, it's been an awesome summer for me! Hard to believe that it's almost over since I start school on September 5, 2017. Speaking of school, I can't believe that I'm going to be a senior in college this year! Time certainly flies! But I might have to go another year or so, but that's okay with me! Other than that, as you may know, I have also been sharing my homemade treat and snack recipes! The thought of me sharing to you my recipes has got me to start a Google plus collection entitled, "Ryan's Recipes". Here is the link: https://plus.google.com/collection/czZLEE By the way, my Dad is much better now. Well guys, I hope the rest of your summer is going well! And good luck to all of you going back to college or school soon in a couple of weeks or so! Or if you already are back in college, I hope your semester is off to a great start! Until next time, see ya!

A "Hoppy" Easter Weekend
| Getting some grub from the buffet |
| Birthday girl Dina celebrating her 90th! God bless! |
Easter is really an awesome time, isn't it? Nothing like celebrating with your family and eating a crapload of food while getting sweet treats from the one and only, Easter Bunny! And boy, did I ever have one awesome Easter weekend! It all started on Saturday when me, my Mom, and my Grandma went to my friend Dina's 90th birthday. We had a blast! Everyone was there! Annie, the Victory's, Clive, Tara, the Miranda's, and of course, the birthday girl herself, Dina! Not to mention, everybody's kids were there too. The kids were so amped at the party. They were all running around, dancing and having a ball! Thankfully, we had it at the New Milford KOC lodge, so it wasn't like we were going to a fancy restaurant where the wait staff would tell us, "SIT DOWN!" or "NO RUNNING!" Anyways, the food was awesome! There was a little something for everyone, even for the kids! Although the food was separated between kids and adults, I still had the kids food anyways because of course I am a "big kid" and I'm never too old for that stuff anyway. The cake was so delicious! That was a fabulous party! But the fun didn't stop there because today, the three of us went over to the Shannon Rose Irish restaurant on Route 17 for a Easter brunch! We saw my cousins Andy, Connor, and Cooper and saw Auntie Jackie and Uncle Don. Unfortunately, my Dad couldn't make it because he had to recover from surgery. I'm praying all I can for him to get better, but he is getting better a little bit, but not quite. So, as you would guess, we did indeed have more craploads of food! We even saw the Easter bunny hopping all around the restaurant! It sure made us "hoppy" to see him! Hahahaha! After we ate our brunch, me, Connor, Cooper, and Andy went out looking for eggs. We found a lot of them and there were tons of candy inside of them! There wasn't much of dessert, however, but Grandma managed to get some ice cream in the end. All in all, we had a great weekend! That's all for today, folks! Hope you have a wonderful rest of your Easter! Until next time, see ya!

A "Humdinger" Of A Time
Sooooo, last week I went to this brand new place in Paramus called Humdinger's, located in the area of Berkley College. And boy, let me tell you, it sure is a "humdinger" of a place! (Pun intended). But seriously, I went there with my friend Brad and we had a great time over there! Think of this place as Sports World, but scaled down completely with only bowling alleys, arcade, batting cages, and a lazer maze. Hey, it may not be like Sports World, but it's a lot of fun! You have to have a play card in order to play the batting cages, arcade, and lazer maze. But I must give you fair warning, the prices for the bowling are quite expensive on the weekends after 11 AM. And the weird part is that they charge you per hour rather than per game. Unusual, but cool. But on that day, me and Brad didn't do the bowling, we just did the arcade, batting cages, and lazer maze. I also like the food that they have there, especially the pizza and fries! The next time I go to Humdinger's with my friends, I will go bowling. Overall, we had a blast and I'll totally go over there next time! Until next time you guys, peace!

A Fun Friday Night
Hey guys, sorry if I haven't been around in a while. I've been very busy with school and other stuff. So, tonight, I went out with some of my friends bowling at Montvale Lanes. We had a super time! We bowled a couple of games, played some arcade games afterwards, and then we danced to some music on the Touchtunes jukebox. After all that stuff, we went to Taco Bell for a very appetizing lunch! Then we went home. It was a great night out! Oh, and I forgot to tell you about what happened on the actual day of my birthday. All went well. Me and my family went out to Baci, which is our favorite Italian restaurant in Westwood. We had lots to eat and had lots of fun! It certainly was special! Well, that about sums it up for today. Until next time, see you guys later!

My birthday's soon!
So, I'm back in school after a long relaxing winter break! My semester is so far, so good. But again, it's very early! My birthday is actually this Monday, January 30, 2017! I'll be turning 22 years old this year! Oh yeah! It's gonna be so awesome! I had a nice birthday outing with a couple of my friends at Regal Cinemas at Nanuet Mall. We had lots of fun! We saw Star Wars Rogue One, even though me and my other friend saw it already. But hey, never hurts to see a good movie twice. Or even three times! But of course, I NEVER spoil the plot to the others! I am never a movie spoiler, that's for sure! I just watch it's like my very first time seeing it. Anyways, after the movie, we played in the arcade of the movie theater, shopped around, and then went to Chili's for lunch nearby out on Route 59 in Nanuet. We had a crapload of food! Nothing like eating lots of chips, wings, fries, quesadillas, and other stuff! And I had a totally awesome chocolate chip skillet cookie that they make so well! I absolutely loved it! We had a blast overall! It was a great outing! And I can't wait for Monday either! It's gonna be so much fun! Well, that's all for today. I know it's been a while since the last time I typed up a blog, but I've been very busy with schoolwork, hockey, and some other stuff. But until next time, I'll catch you guys later!

A Tourney in Albany
I have just come back from a nice hockey weekend tournament in Albany, New York with my Daredevils hockey team that is held every January around the weekend of Dr. Martin Luther King Day. My team has been Albany tournament participants for the past 15 years or so. And like always, we had a blast! On Saturday, we had our first game and we won! We played really hard! After the game, we went to Bucca Di Beppo for a nice team lunch! We had bread, salad, chicken parmesan, and pasta. It was delicious! Although they didn't have any dessert served like in the past tournaments we've been going to, we still had a satisfying and enjoyable meal! Then me and a couple of my teammates went swimming in the hotel pool. Others went to work out at the fitness center. Afterwards, we went to a tournament-wide party where all the participating teams went and danced and ate salad and yep, you guessed it, MORE PASTA! But hey, we still had a good time over there. The fun didn't stop there, however. Back at the hotel, the team rented out a suite room in which we called it our "team room". We watched the Super Bowl Playoff games on TV, mingled, and ate lots of snacks, some leftovers, and desserts. The next day, after my teammates and I had a very nice buffet breakfast at the hotel, we had our second game and won that one as well! It was a great tournament! I felt really proud! And now, I'm home, safe and sound! Anyways, that's all for today, I'll see you next time!
